                    Schedule for
             Saturday, October 20th, 2007
           ISSMA State Marching Band Contest
               RCA Dome, Indianapolis

  5:45 a.m.	Load
  6:15 a.m.	Depart SHS (sooner if ready)
  7:45 a.m.	Arrive at Greenwood High School
  8:15 a.m.	Rehearsal begins (sooner if ready)
10:00 a.m.	Eat, change, and load
11:10 a.m.	Depart Greenwood
11:40 a.m.	Unload buses on South Street – All percussion and
                tubas report to loading dock.  Be in full uniform,
                including hats, and leave cases on the buses.
                Have everything you will need until after awards.
12:08 p.m.	Transit to warm-up area
12:23 p.m.	Visual warm-up
12:47 p.m.	Transit 
12:52 p.m.	Musical warm-up
  1:16 p.m.	Transit to field
  1:31 p.m. 	PERFORMANCE – after all percussion
                and tubas will reload truck
  3:25 p.m.	Awards
  4:15 p.m.	Board our buses on street and depart for Greenwood HS
  4:45 p.m.	Arrive at Greenwood HS - change and pack instruments
  6:00 p.m.	Depart Greenwood HS (sooner if ready)		
  7:30 p.m.	Arrive at SHS – unload and store 
                all equipment and uniforms and 
                enjoy a nice dinner sponsored by 
                the band parents.

All rules that were in effect for District and 
Regional contests are in effect for this contest

Class B begins at 10:00 a.m.
Class C begins at 1:05 p.m.

Directions to RCA Dome: Take I-65 North to I-70 West.
Exit on West Street and turn right, the RCA Dome
will be right ahead of you.  Plenty of parking is
available in parking in various pay lots around
the RCA Dome.
